Billing

DCalling is a service-on-demand – you are charged for the services you are actively using only. Therefore, there is no minimum or monthly fee, no subscription, no validity period, no minimum contract duration, no cancellation period, and no connection fee.

DCalling from mobile networks

The DCalling apps are automatically dialing a landline phone number when making a call. In case you don't have a flat rate/unlimited phone calls for landline numbers, your provider will charge a local call. The connection abroad is charged from your DCalling balance.

DCalling VoIP

Since you are making a call via Internet, there is no connection to a dial-in number. Please note that if you are using DCalling from abroad and not using an open WLAN network, data roaming charges might occur.

Because of roaming charges, we recommend to use DCalling with a local SIM card only. If you are using DCalling VoIP, we recommend to use this from free hot spots.
